SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Coffel Practice Systems does not currently operate a live text messaging program. The terms in this section apply only if and when Coffel offers text messaging, and only to visitors who opt in to receive SMS messages. No SMS workflows, opt-in tracking, confirmation messages, or promotional texts are active at this time.

1. 1. Program Description: If Coffel Practice Systems offers text messaging, messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications. You would receive SMS messages only if you explicitly opt in to receive them. Opt-in, if offered, would be collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

2. 2. Cancellation Instructions: If you opt in to SMS messaging, you may cancel at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," Coffel Practice Systems would confirm your unsubscribe status. Following that confirmation, you would no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

3. 3. Support Information: If you receive text messages and experience issues, you may reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or reach out directly to hello@coffelpracticesystems.com or call (983) 212-0733 during business hours.

4. 4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. 5. Message & Data Rates: If you opt in to SMS messaging, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and to us. Message frequency may vary based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. 6. Supported Carriers: If offered, the SMS program would work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. 7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

If Coffel Practice Systems offers SMS messaging, it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
